17A – Elevator Pitch No. 2

17A – Elevator Pitch No. 2
2) A reflection on the feedback you received from your last pitch.
After looking at my feedback from my last pitch, I learned some valuable insight on how to boost my pitch and really grab the audience’s attention. One piece of insightful feedback was how to have a good hook and relate to the audience when giving my pitch. I feel that this was influential in that it was useful in making my product stand out when I gave my pitch the following time. I honestly feel that all of the feedback I received was pretty positive and people didn’t really offer to change too much about it besides the dynamism.
3) What did you change, based on the feedback?
Based on the feedback I received from my peers, I decided to change the dynamism of my approach the next time I recorded it. I also felt that it would be helpful to have proper lightning and microphone so that the viewers aren’t distracted by something other than my pitch. Overall, I feel that my second pitch went much better than my first, and this is probably due to the feedback I received and the changes I made to my hook and my dynamism.

  1. Hi, Drew! Another great elevator pitch! You're very engaged and excited about this idea and that really shows! I like the inclusion of your mom's story here since it's something we can all relate to! The only thing I would work on for next time is motion; perhaps standing still instead of swaying or moving back and forth would help you seem less nervous? Other than that, great job! Keep it up!
